Terms of Service

Last updated: 03-08-2026

1. What View is

View ("the Service", "we", "us") is a tool that helps users find publicly listed contact information from business websites and draft personalized outreach messages, optionally using AI. Every message is shown to you for review first — nothing sends automatically without your explicit approval. When you approve a message, View sends it through your own connected Gmail account; View itself never has a Gmail account of its own sending on your behalf, and you can disconnect that access at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms, whether for yourself or on behalf of a business, to use View.

3. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity that happens under it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

4. Your responsibility for outreach you send

This is the most important section for you to read.

5. Plans, payment, and refunds

View offers a free plan with monthly usage limits, and paid plans activated manually after payment is verified. Because payment is currently processed manually (bank transfer, verified via message), plan upgrades are not instant — see the checkout page for the current process.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via the channel listed on the checkout page within a reasonable time of payment if there's an issue with your order. We reserve the right to decline refund requests made after significant usage of a paid plan in a given billing period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute access to View without permission; attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits; use the Service to build a competing product by extracting our source code or infrastructure; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Third-party services

View relies on third-party services to operate, including Google (sign-in, and sending email through your connected Gmail account), an AI model provider (to generate personalized drafts), and infrastructure/hosting and analytics providers. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is shared with them and why, including our Limited Use disclosure for Gmail data.

8. No warranty

View is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that scraped contact information will be accurate, current, or complete, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outreach generated through the Service will achieve any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, View and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost business, lost data, or legal claims arising from outreach you sent using the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold View and its operator harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to View at any time if we believe you've violated these terms, without prior notice in serious cases (e.g. abuse, illegal use).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of View after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of View that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for infringement or misuse of intellectual property. The arbitration will be conducted in English. This arbitration provision is intended to be enforceable under the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the New York Convention), to which both Pakistan and the United States are parties.
